Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Ironwood Fern Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 846 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
