Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Group is a Atlanta manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
