Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Fern Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Dallas region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
