Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Lakeside Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for proof of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
