Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with landfill records.
