Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Nova Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
