Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
