Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Omaha with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
