Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
