Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Westbrook Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Spokane, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
