Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Boise plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
