Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Holdings and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
