Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Hollow Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
