Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Hollow Foods produces packaged foods at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
