Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Nova Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
