Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Keystone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Charleston. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
