Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Lakeside Freight Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
