Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group is a New Orleans company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
