Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Hollow Foods produces packaged foods at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
