Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Nova Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Milwaukee region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
