Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Summit North Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
