Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Nova Fern Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Miami with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
