Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Timber Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
