Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Harborlight Vale Manufacturing Group is a San Antonio manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
