Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Northwind Foods Group is a Phoenix food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
