Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 303 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
