Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
