Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Clearpath Quill Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
