Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Vista Manufacturing Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for work orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
