Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
