Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Seattle with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
