Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Stonegate Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Milwaukee, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
