Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
