Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing makes precision components in Detroit, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
