Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Manufacturing and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be delivery tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
