Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Rochester, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for loads and lanes. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
