Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders.
