Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
