Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Atlanta, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
