Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Bright Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Spokane, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 509 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
