Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Foxglove Orchard Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
