Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Clearpath Union Foods Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
