Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Westbrook Corner Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Providence plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
