Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Westbrook Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Virginia Beach, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
