Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Kestrel Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
