Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Stonegate Bright Markets Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
