Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on delivery tracking for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms.
