Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Clearpath Summit Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Chicago region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on delivery tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
