Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Greenridge Ventures is an environmental-services company in San Diego with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
