Logistics Coordinator - delivery tracking (remote)

Redstone Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Boise, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our delivery tracking. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
